Supplier Address Proof: A copy of the national address
Commercial Registration Certificate: A valid copy.
Company Employees Authorized Signatories letter: Complete the reference document on attested on company letterhead; ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized person.
Supplier Bank Account Details: On official letterhead with authorized signatory and company seal, including vendor and bank details.
Company Ownership and Profile: Detailed company profile with ownership information.
Cybersecurity Compliance (IT/Technology companies only).
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Complete the reference document, ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized representative.

5/5Audit & Assessment

Etihad will conduct an internal audit to ensure suppliers comply with local and international regulations before approval. This includes verifying cybersecurity compliance with Etihad Cybersecurity Standard (EAGCS-002), ensuring data protection, incident response readiness, and risk assessment. Suppliers/Vendors must also meet ISO 9001 quality standards, maintain strict product and service quality control, and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations (if required) to ensure safe and sustainable operations.

Supplier/Vendors registration is free; however, the audit, assessment and accreditation fees must be covered by the supplier. A detailed cost analysis will be provided upon submission of this registration data and evaluation by Supplier Relation Management (SRM). The audit will also assess risk mitigation strategies, business resilience, and operational continuity to prevent supply chain disruptions.
Additionally, suppliers must demonstrate ethical business practices, including transparent financial reporting, anti-bribery policies, and corporate governance, aligning with GSE Vision 2030 objectives.
